remanufacturing, real-estate development and investment banking. It was on Ed's
initiative that MHSI was purchased in December of 2001. Ed provides MHSI with the

Brennan McNulty has been with MHSI since 1997, and was recently named President
of MHSI International, with responsibility for International offices and projects,
strategic planning and training initiatives. Through his leadership, the plants
producing the PT Cruiser, the PL Neon, and Viper became world-class benchmarks for
DaimlerChrysler. With over 20 years of material handling/packaging experience, his
knowledge has been instrumental in business development activities at MHSI. At GM,
Brennan was responsible for managing several successful product launches
of vans and full-sized trucks utilizing lean manufacturing principles. His experience
includes CAD shipping container design, development and implementation of CAD and
program management training, sales, and operational management for multiple international
customers.
